Return Policy

We want you to love your sheets as much as we do. If your new bamboo bedding isn’t dreamy, we’re here to help.

30-Night Trial

Take your time to get cozy. You have 30 nights from delivery to decide if our sheets are the perfect match. If they’re not quite what you expected, reach out and we’ll happily assist with a return or exchange.

Condition for Returns

To keep things fresh and hygienic for all customers:
• Sheets must be clean and laundered
• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
• Returned with original packaging when possible

If something arrives damaged or defective, let us know right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Found a better color match for your bedroom oasis? Exchanges for different sizes or colors are welcome within the 30-night trial, as long as the items meet return condition requirements.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days.

Final Sale Items

Any items marked “Final Sale” or purchased through clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange.
